Steven Morgan is a senior financial markets and operations executive with over two decades of experience across global banking and capital markets. As a Managing Director at Citibank, he has led large-scale platforms supporting equity, fixed income, and prime finance businesses across multiple regions.
Throughout his career, Steve has held global leadership roles spanning capital markets operations and securities infrastructure. He has overseen complex post-trade environments across more than 50 markets, working closely with institutional investors, financial institutions, and regulated entities.
Steve began his career at the Bank of England and later held senior roles at Lehman Brothers and Credit Suisse before joining Citi in 2009, where he went on to lead global teams across multiple continents.
At Green Yield, Steve supports the structuring and execution of complex transactions by bringing institutional-grade rigor, strong governance frameworks, and deep capital markets experience—helping ensure projects meet the standards required for large-scale capital deployment.
